Industrial Maintenance - Electronic Technician 1st shift
Job Summary
We’re looking for an Electronic Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and reliability of advanced manufacturing equipment used to process aerospace components.
In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose electrical and electronic system issues, maintain high-vacuum coating equipment, support preventive maintenance programs, and work closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to maximize equipment performance and uptime.

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
What You’ll Be Doing
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electronic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
* Maintain and support EBPVD (Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition) coating equipment and associated high-vacuum systems.
* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and production uptime.
* Troubleshoot PLCs, CNC controls, motor controls, VFDs, power supplies, relay logic, sensors, and HMI interfaces.
* Repair and maintain vacuum pumps, electron beam systems, cooling systems, and other process equipment.
* Install, test, calibrate, and commission equipment to manufacturer specifications.
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
* Document maintenance activities, repairs, calibration results, and equipment history.
* Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance.
* Collaborate with production, engineering, and vendor service representatives to resolve equipment issues.
* Assist with facility and production equipment maintenance as needed.
* Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and occasional weekend support based on business needs.
What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation.
* 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, electronics, electrical systems, or manufacturing equipment repair.
* Ability to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
* Working knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, industrial controls, and instrumentation.
* Experience documenting maintenance activities and performing preventive maintenance.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
