Our Core Values: Position Overview: This position is responsible for performing various duties to maintain operation of the facility and manufacturing equipment.

Such duties include preventative and predictive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and responding to equipment maintenance needs.

Being a new facility, this position will have the opportunity to be involved in the startup and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment, products, and the development of the maintenance department, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities: · Perform day-to-day maintenance on facility, utilities including HVAC units and chillers, and production equipment including liquid processing equipment, thermal processing equipment, high pressure boilers with water treatment, conveyors, and high-speed packaging line equipment.

· Assist in the development of preventative maintenance programs for critical equipment including performing preventative maintenance, determining scheduling frequency, and development of procedures.

· Troubleshoot PLCs, robots, and other processors.

· Support commissioning and startup of new equipment and products · Partner with production line operators to: o Meet production schedules by troubleshooting reliability issues and identifying root cause.

o Teach basic preventative maintenance procedures and adjustments to settings to improve efficiency.

o Assist in sanitation and reassembly process to ensure proper execution of procedures and minimization of downtime or changeover process time.

· Identify process improvements resulting in cost savings, efficiency improvements, and quality or safety improvements.

· Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors and service representatives, as needed.

· Maintain proper documentation and record keeping, including data entry in computer system.
