Director, Touchstone Property Services

SCOPE: The Director of Touchstone Property Services holds a key leadership role within the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), driving strategic initiatives to expand housing opportunities across diverse income levels and community needs.

This role is directly accountable to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible for leading all operational and administrative functions of Touchstone Property Services.

· Lead and inspire regional and affordable housing property managers to achieve superior program performance and customer service, demonstrating Respect, Accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

· Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures that ensure accurate compliance with LIHTC, federal, and state regulations.

· Monitor financial and compliance outcomes to ensure each site consistently meets or exceeds established goals while delivering high-quality housing services.

· Guide the strategic development and execution of multi-year business plans with an emphasis on operational value, fiscal responsibility, and long-term impact.

· Partner with Finance to steward a cost-effective and sustainable affordable housing portfolio.

· Drive achievement of occupancy and receivable targets, promoting integrity, initiative, and accountability in team performance.

· Ensure transparent communication with the CEO about major developments, challenges, and milestones.

· Expand Touchstone's reach by identifying and securing new property management contracts, showcasing creativity, professionalism, and strategic initiative.

· Oversee the preparation and timely, accurate submission of all required financial and regulatory reports.

· Ensure adequate staffing coverage at all sites, including on-call responsibilities during holidays, while promoting a culture of respect for employees and tenants alike.

· Collaborate across CMHA departments to deliver results that reflect quality, professionalism, and shared agency goals.

· Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders with a focus on respect, responsiveness, and value.

· Ensure onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for all site personnel, emphasizing CMHA's standards of excellence and professionalism.
