This position allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include: Perform deposit-related transaction processing, reviews, and reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain financial integrity, reduce errors, and maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards.Apply established procedures to review and resolve daily unposted and overdraft exceptions to ensure timely transaction posting, minimize customer impact, and maintain accurate account balances.Perform deposit account maintenance as requested or required to keep customer account information accurate, up to date, and properly reflected in transaction activity and reporting.Review key fields on all new consumer and business accounts, as well as changes to existing deposit accounts, verifying accuracy against source documentation provided by customers or internal partners to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and reliable account information that supports customer trust and sound operations.Serve as the subject matter expert for Power-of-Attorney and Trust documentation related to deposit accounts by providing clear, accurate guidance to colleagues ensuring proper application of legal and regulatory requirements.

This supports consistent handling of complex account ownership structures and reduces risk of error or non compliance.Independently coordinate and perform all aspects of the income tax reporting cycle, including customer and Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements, with a focus on accurate state-specific setup and maintenance.
