Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Location: Oak Ridge, TN, Wixom, MI, or Columbus, OH Overview LATA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of environmental consulting experience to manage complex environmental projects and programs.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership in managing client relationships, staff, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate would be located in either the Detroit MI area, Columbus OH area, or Oak Ridge TN.

Key Responsibilities Manage environmental projects including site characterization, remedial design, and reporting.

Prepare and contribute to proposals, including scope, budgeting, and cost estimates.

Oversee project execution including staff, budgets, contracts, and schedules.

Foster and maintain strong client and agency relationships across multiple projects.

Ensure compliance with state and federal environmental regulations.

Analyze technical data and recommend effective solutions.

Collaborate with other offices on large, multidisciplinary assignments.

Mentor and lead junior staff members.

Qualifications B.S.

or M.S.

in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental project management.

Professional licensure preferred (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM, etc.).

Experience with federal clients (e.g., Department of War) preferred.

Familiarity with PFAS-related projects and CERCLA regulations are strongly preferred.

Understanding of performance-based contracts and industry-standard PM tools.

Commitment to safety and adherence to company safety protocols.

Willingness to travel
