We provide credit and financing, treasury and payment services, international banking and real estate services to clients including corporations, municipalities, institutions, real estate investors and owners, and nonprofit organizations.

The Commercial Banking Specialized Industries business segment is a sector-driven group that delivers tailored solutions to clients across 20+ complex industries (including Healthcare, Multinational Corporations, Consumer, etc.).

As a Vice President within the Commercial Bank's Specialized Industries Business Management team, you will play a pivotal role in this rapidly growing business focused on strategic projects critical to future growth.

Job responsibilities


* Lead and support strategic initiatives within assigned focus areas of the Specialized Industries through active collaboration with Industry Managers.


* Provide business insights through data-driven trend analysis with effective storytelling, message clarity, and analysis visualization to optimize performance and achieve Specialized Industries growth objectives.


* Communicate key business metrics and their importance, both financial and non-financial, to support data-driven decision-making.


* Apply strategic thought leadership skills to spearhead initiatives, develop business cases, and evaluate potential new opportunities aligned to senior leader priorities.


* Respond promptly to executive requests, delivering high-quality program management, presentation development, and business analysis.


* Collaborate with internal partners to enhance products and streamline processes impacting the sales organization.


* Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and forward next steps through effective project management.


* Identify key business risks and forward resolution of mitigating controls.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area.


* At least 7 years of experience in business management, management consulting, or chief of staff roles.


* Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
