Job Functions Teach core curriculum, including theory and hands-on facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and advanced services.Coach and provide feedback for further growth and development.Inspire professionalism and a strong work ethic, as is required in the service industry.Prepare students for state license exams and placement.Implement company systems and standards.Learn Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services and then train students on the products and protocols.

Job Skills, Education, and Experience Active Esthetics Educator license in the state of ILAveda knowledge is a plusExperience as a practicing professional and experience in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lashes, etc.Teaching, training, or leadership experienceAppreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries
