Medical Assistant - Personal Care
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Medical Assistant to join our In-Home Personal Care team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes while working closely with our clinical team to promote their health, independence, and well-being.

Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or a minimum of 5 years of Medical Assistant experience.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in home health, personal care, or community-based care is preferred.
Responsibilities: Provide in-home clinical support under the direction of licensed healthcare professionals.
Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition, and patient concerns.
Assist with medication reminders and reinforce care plans as directed.
Collect health information and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist with basic clinical procedures within the Medical Assistant scope of practice.
Educate clients and caregivers on health maintenance and wellness.
Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
Foster a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for every client.
