Manager, Transfer Pricing

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, Global Tax ("Director"), the Manager, Transfer Pricing supports the Director in managing Avient's transfer pricing matters while partnering with the business and finance teams on the same.

The position also supports the Director in managing transfer pricing tax risks and supporting Avient in transfer pricing audits, as well as providing transfer pricing operational support with our Managed Services Partner.Qualifications

Education and Experience


* Accredited four-year degree in accounting or economics,


* Advanced degree in related field preferred


* 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience at a public multinational or in consulting for same


* Experience with manufacturing or technology companies preferred


* Knowledge and experience in applying US and OECD transfer pricing laws and regulations


* Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)


* Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with additional regional language proficiency appreciated


* Critical thinking and the ability to "own" responsibilities in a fast-paced environment focused on results


* Team player with proven ability to lead and manage projects


* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, informal, often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment
