Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking experienced, compassionate, and motivated Full-Time Nursing Supervisors for both AM and PM shifts to lead and support our nursing team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Position Summary

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, supporting and mentoring clinical staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

This leadership role is ideal for an experienced nurse with strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

* Full-Time AM Supervisor


* Full-Time PM Supervisor

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license in good standing


* Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience


* Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred


* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


* Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities


* Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts


* Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care


* Monitor clinical documentation and regulatory compliance


* Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination


* Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team


* Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture


* Provide leadership and guidance to ensure efficient daily operations
