Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time (PM / NOC Shifts)

Vasona Creek Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team.

* Wage Range: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Available Shifts



* PM Shift: Full-Time


* NOC (Night) Shift: Full-Time

Core Responsibilities



* Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies.


* Assessments: Monitor resident conditions and update care plans.


* Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).


* Leadership: Supervise LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).


* Collaboration: Coordinate care with physicians and families.

Qualifications



* License: Active, unrestricted California RN license.


* Certification: Current BLS / CPR certification.


* Experience: Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.


* Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and critical thinking.
