As a Technical Program Manager in Consumer & Community Banking Core Engineering Solutions, you will be part of a fast-growing product team responsible for promoting and enhancing the engineering experience across the entire Consumer & Community Banking organization.
Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories, you will develop innovative solutions while effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams.

As a subject matter expert, you will also shape operational plans and risk management strategies, upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Job responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects and programs
* Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project or program outcomes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
* Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation
* Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
* Build relationships with customers to understand challenges and develop solutions to resolve them driving satisfaction and holding a customer first mentality
* Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
* Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards
