San Francisco Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team!

Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

$45-$55 per hour , depending on experience (DOE)

Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.


* Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.


* Accurately document treatments and resident progress.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.


* Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards.

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.


* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


* Passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care.
