Are you an experienced Housekeeping professional ready to step up into a leadership role? We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Housekeeping Team Leader to support our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations while leading by example on the floor.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist in supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team 


* Lead shifts and step into leadership responsibilities when required 


* Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand and quality standards 


* Support training and development of team members 


* Conduct room inspections and ensure attention to detail 


* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations 

What We’re Looking For


* Previous housekeeping experience (supervisory experience highly regarded) 


* Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness 


* Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team 


* Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster 


* Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays 


* Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
