Centerville Post Acute is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team for a full-time 7AM-7PM shift.

Responsibilities:


* Provide quality nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments


* Monitor and document resident conditions


* Work closely with nurses, physicians, and care staff


* Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications:


* Current Ohio LPN License


* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Passion for caring for others
