As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of a major investment in best-in-class manufacturing, new capabilities, and long-term growth, helping maintain the building infrastructure, utilities, and facility support systems that keep our new 1.5 million-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility operating safely, reliably, and efficiently.

In the role of our Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will:
* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and building systems.
* Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain:
+ HVAC and air handling systems
+ Compressed air systems
+ Chilled water and cooling systems
+ Domestic water and sanitary systems
+ Fire protection and sprinkler systems
+ Lighting systems
+ Building electrical distribution (within qualifications)
+ Dock equipment and overhead doors
+ Roof drainage systems
+ Facility plumbing
+ Building automation systems (BAS)
* Monitor utility systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
* Complete work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
* Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment history accurately.
* Support installation and commissioning of new facility equipment and infrastructure.
* Project management - Coordinate with contractors performing specialized maintenance or construction activities.
