Global Equities - Single Stock Swaps Trading Vice President - Americas Equities Prime

As a Vice President on the Americas Equities Prime Single Stock (SS) Swaps Trading Desk, you will take ownership of pricing, execution, and risk management across vanilla delta one derivatives - including Total Return and Price Return Swaps - for Institutional, Sovereign, and Hedge Fund clients globally.

You will serve as a senior voice on the desk, driving strategic initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and partnering with global teams to deliver best-in-class client outcomes.

Job responsibilities


* Own delta hedging strategy and lead the analysis of borrow risk arising from client activity and rate movements


* Oversee and execute order flow in full accordance with swaps governance policies and controls


* Lead pre- and post-trade analytics for our institutional client base, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders


* Drive coordination with trading teams in EMEA and APAC, serving as a key point of contact for global alignment


* Spearhead the development of tools and workflows that improve desk efficiency, automation, and scalability


* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Extensive experience in delta one products, single stock swaps, or equity derivatives trading


* Deep understanding of vanilla derivative pricing, risk management, and hedging strategies


* Advanced proficiency in Excel/VBA and Python, with a track record of building desk tools or automation


* Proven ability to lead and influence across cross-functional and global teams


* Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and clients


* Fluency in English

* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives within a trading environment
