We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Specialist Lead, Talent Development role between September 2026 - April 2027 for our Growth & Development team.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Lead, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for...


* Planning, executing, and operationalizing in-person and virtual development programs and processes


* Drafting PowerPoint presentations to communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders


* Creating and reviewing deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail while assisting in the development of learning programs and training experiences


* Participating in or leading learning project teams, conducting research and data analysis, and recommending solutions to support business priorities


* Managing multiple tasks and projects, adapting to changing priorities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coming into the office periodically for office events
