GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Under the general direction of a Building Maintenance Supervisor, the Building Service Plumber performs skilled plumbing work involving the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water lines, pumps, and underground water and sewer lines.

This position operates at the journeyman level, focusing on general maintenance and repair tasks within airport buildings and related facilities, as well as participating in limited construction activities.

This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of our 24/7 operations.

Requires availability for emergency call-in.
