Key Responsibilities


* Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate significant changes


* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing personnel


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary team members


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Respond effectively to emergencies and resident care needs


* Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications


* Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities


* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
