Job Description

The Senior Associate, Product Delivery Manager will work directly with the Head of Operations for Consumer Branded Card Product driving best practices for product delivery to be leveraged by Area Product Groups in Consumer Branded Card.

You will help lead complex technology programs and projects that create value for our customers, employees, and stakeholders.

You will apply a broad knowledge of program management principles, practices, and to develop innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change.

Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on program objectives and governance.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and maintain program plans, emphasizing concise updates for documentation and executive reporting.


* Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on program outcomes.
