Job Description

The Senior Associate, Product Portfolio Controls will partner with the Head of Operations for Consumer Branded Card Product to drive consistent, scalable best practices for product delivery across Consumer Branded Card Area Product Groups.

You will work closely with product and technology leaders, quad members, and development teams to improve how the full product quad plans, executes, and delivers.

In this role, you will assess portfolio and product health to identify opportunities to strengthen Agile at scale and mature product management practices, advancing product vision, planning, and delivery discipline.

You will also maintain a clean, audit-ready controls ecosystem across Area Product Owners and Product Managers.

Job Responsibilities:


* Own the portfolio controls operating model, including standards, governance cadence, required artifacts/evidence, and exceptions management.


* Monitor and track product health metrics (e.g., PHD 2.0 or equivalent) and ensure teams follow required SDLC / change / release control steps, driving actions to address gaps.
