Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Bachelors' degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field required and 5-7 years of marketing, communications, employee engagement, or organizational development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong emphasis on demonstrated creative writing skills and strategic thinking.

Experience working with multiple levels of business leaders and sensitive information.

Previous manager level experience preferred.
