Job Summary:

Responsible for performing building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., carpentry; painting, electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.).

Supports all equipment moves and installations including utilities such as electric, air, vacuum, water, drains, etc.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports the site with facility-related activities such as but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, vacuum, compressor air, boiler, sterilizers, etc.

Acts as a liaison with outside contractors and vendors.

Performs preventative maintenance and documents any issues identified.
