Receptionist (Part-Time, Float Shift) - Del Rosa Villa
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Pay: $17.48 - $17.50 per hour

Del Rosa Villa is seeking a friendly, reliable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our facility.

This position is a part-time float role, requiring availability to work all three shifts (day, evening, and overnight) as needed.
Position Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

This role is strictly non-clinical and supports the administrative needs of the facility.
Key Responsibilities


* Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and families in a professional and friendly manner


* Answer and direct incoming phone calls


* Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in procedures


* Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries


* Provide general clerical and administrative support


* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area


* Communicate effectively with staff regarding visitors and inquiries


* Ensure confidentiality of resident and facility information

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent required


* Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred


* Strong communication and customer service skills


* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment


* Must be reliable and flexible with schedule (float across all shifts)


* Basic computer skills and familiarity with multi-line phone systems preferred
