Clinical Integration Analyst

The County of Riverside's Information Services Unit at Riverside University Health System's Medical Center seeks a Clinical Integration Analyst to join our team in Moreno Valley.

This position will be responsible for s upporting healthcare quality incentive payment programs and ensuring timely and accurate performance reporting.

The role involves s upporting managed care performance measurement for BOM measures and QIP reporting processes as well as collaborating with clinical, operational, IT, and external payer/vendor partners

Additional duties include identifying data integrity issues, performance opportunities, and reporting variances.

The position will also involve performing data validation and using analytical tools (e.g., SQL) to ensure reporting accuracy.

Knowledge of managed care performance measures, quality reporting methodologies, SQL, data validation, and healthcare operational workflows is essential to this position.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with healthcare claims, encounter, EHR, supplemental, and/or HEDIS-related data and strong analytical skills to identify data integrity issues, performance opportunities, and reporting variances.

Candidates should possess strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, IT, and external payer/vendor partners.

Schedule:
9/80, non-payday Friday off (Partial remote work may be available after the completion of the applicable training period, subject to management's discretion.)
