Financial Management

Financial Management is a value-added business partner providing strategic decision support through an integrated finance process/chain and superior customer service model.

The department is responsible for reporting timely, accurate, and reliable financial information to internal and external customers; ensuring the integrity of the Bank’s financial information; and procuring goods and services for the Bank.

The department also provides high quality planning and forecasting data and ensures the budget aligns with the organization’s strategy and System guidance.
