Senior Manager - Service Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated and accomplished B2B sales professional with 7-14 years of experience to join our Services Sales team as Sr Manager.

The role is responsible for driving growth of Services & Solutions business through new business development, customer retention, and partner ecosystem management.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in expanding service penetration, strengthening key customer relationships, and positioning solution-oriented, consultative offerings.

This is a customer-facing, solution-driven leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and a consultative sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth


* Drive new business acquisition through structured prospecting, qualification, selling, and closure of services and solutions opportunities.


* Sell a comprehensive portfolio of Services offerings, including:
+ Spares and Life Extension Solutions
+ Maintenance & Long-Term Service Contracts
+ Retrofits, Modernization & Upgrades
+ Digital, Energy & Consulting-led Solutions


* Expand wallet share within existing accounts while developing new strategic customers.

Customer & Account Management


* Manage customer relationships across all phases of the sales lifecycle, from opportunity generation to contract closure.


* Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer pain points and positioning value-based, outcome-driven solutions.


* Provide account management ownership for the assigned territory and target segments.

Consultative & Digital Solution Selling


* Lead a consultative, solution-oriented sales process, leveraging digital tools, value propositions, and industry insights.


* Promote digital solutions, analytics, and service-led transformation journeys to targeted customers.


* Deliver one-on-one and group sales presentations to senior customer stakeholders.

Channel & Partner Ecosystem


* Work closely with System Integrators, Authorized Service Centers, Channel Partners, and Distributors.


* Develop and enable new channels and partnerships to enhance service reach and execution capability across the region.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Sales Governance & CRM Discipline


* Track customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline diligently using CRM / bFO systems.


* Develop and maintain a robust prospect and customer database based on strategic marketing inputs and regional intelligence.


* Ensure accurate forecasting, opportunity hygiene, and performance reporting.
