What you will do
Job Description:

Kenvue is recruiting for a Scientist Skin Health & Beauty R&D, located in Summit, NJ

The Scientist will support the product development of regional and global projects for the facial treatments category.

They will work closely with their manager and team to understand how to build and improve our facial treatment pipeline initiatives.

They will also partner closely with cross-functional partners to help assess risk and proactively solve obstacles to ensure successful new product launches.

Responsibilities include formulation prototype development and batching for stability and aesthetic evaluation, attending project update meetings, maintaining organized documentation, drafting technical reports, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Excellent communication skills together with the ability to manage complexity are must-have prerequisites.

Key Responsibilities

He/she will develop facial treatment formulations and execute deliverables for regional and global projects while collaborating with cross functional partners to ensure all timeline deliverables are met.
Responsibilities of the Scientist:


* Formulate new products that incorporate consumer insights and align with the facial treatments brand strategy and pipeline with supervisor oversight.


* Conduct Design of Experiments and formulation tasks inclusive of batching and stability.


* Provide technical support for product lifecycle management, including post-commercialization support and troubleshooting technical issues .


* Proactively identify project obstacles and technical risks, evaluating potential solutions to minimize impact through data-driven decision-making.
