Position Overview
We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our full-time care team.
In this role, you will provide essential hands-on support to residents while collaborating closely with nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
* Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care that promotes independence and dignity
* Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and other observations
* Support meal service and ensure proper hydration
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident spaces
* Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
* Follow infection control and safety protocols
* Collaborate with the care team on both clinical and non-clinical tasks
Qualifications
* Active California CNA certification (required)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced care environment
* Must pass background check and health screening requirements
