Methods Engineer

Join our dynamic Manufacturing team as a Methods Engineer.

Professional and drive operational excellence through innovative solutions and strategic leadership!

Key Responsibilities


* Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.



* Develop, implement, and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.


* Ensure timely execution of work orders and equipment repairs.


* Minimize downtime through effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.


* Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for needed materials.



* Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.


* Lead root cause investigations (RCA) for recurring asset failures.


* Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to implement process and equipment improvements.


* Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Initiatives.



* Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and internal safety standards.


* Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment files, and regulatory documentation.


* Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions.


* Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.



* Track and optimize maintenance costs while improving asset reliability.


* Oversee vendor contracts and manage external service providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications


* Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance leadership.


* Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or automation knowledge.


* Experience with CMMS systems (SAP)


* Excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


* Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or reliability methodologies is a plus.



* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred).


* 2 years of maintenance experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.


* Relevant certifications (CMRP, CRL, PMP) are advantageous.
