The Opportunity:
Lead a dedicated EVS team in a respected Skilled Nursing Facility.

We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor who takes pride in creating a safe, 5-star environment for our residents.

What You'll Do:


* Lead the Crew: Manage scheduling, training, and daily assignments for housekeeping staff.


* Quality Control: Conduct walk-throughs to ensure rooms and public areas are pristine.


* Stay Compliant: Oversee OSHA/EPA safety standards and chemical handling (MSDS).


* Hands-On Leadership: Work alongside your team during deep cleans and move-in prep.

What You Need:


* Experience: 1+ year of Housekeeping/EVS leadership.


* Setting: Experience in a Skilled Nursing (SNF) or Long-Term Care facility is highly preferred.


* Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and a "can-do" attitude.


* Education: High School Diploma or GED.
