Summary

The Quality Assurance Lead is a pivotal role within the production department, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.

This individual will lead a team of QA professionals, oversee the implementation of quality assurance policies, and maintain compliance with industry and Coca-Cola regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities



* Provide QA input across all project phases, including technical design and development activities.


* Ensure that all testing and analyses are completed on-time, as required.


* Lead problem-solving sessions with development staff to address quality issues.


* Offer oversight and guidance to QA team members, ensuring project milestones are met in accordance with standards.


* Conduct audits and inspections to monitor quality standards on the production floor.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine quality assurance processes.


* Maintain documentation and ensure technical feasibility of new product features from development stages.


* Act as a technical expert within the domain, responsible for specifications and requirements documentation.


* Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.


* Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.


* Oversee the implementation and adherence to the Sensory Program


* Oversee testing and reporting on Food Safety and regulatory compliance and concerns about microbial management with actionable recommendations


* Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.


* Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.


* Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).


* Proven experience in a QA leadership role, preferably in a production environment.


* Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
