Facility Maintenance Technician I

Primary Responsibility: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the warehouse with supervision.

This includes battery and charger maintenance, electricity, plumbing, and carpentry.

What You'll Do:


* Maintain and repair batteries and chargers according to OSHA standards.


* Facilitate and manage the battery changing process.


* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and battery chargers.


* Clean and lubricate machinery parts.


* Maintain tools and machinery in good condition.


* Test safety equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.


* Perform other related tasks as required.


* Participation in HAZMAT responder training may be required.

Experience and Education Needed:


* High school diploma or GED


* Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude.


* Mathematical and documentation skills.


* Basic computer skills (email, internet searches, data entry).


* Flexibility to work various shifts, including on-call.


* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

The Company's good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for this position is $15.92 - $20.35 hourly.
