Director, Global Marketing

Responsibilities

The Global Strategic Marketing Director serves as a strategic right hand, thought partner, and force multiplier to SEM President and across the organization.

They will be a trusted partner to the President and their leadership team with a focus on driving strategy, governance, and special projects to enable SEM's continued success.

They will enhance the President's effectiveness and maximize their capacity to drive business priorities through their strategic support and high-level executionQualifications

Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business administration, or engineering.

Masters / MBA preferred

• Detail orientated and data driven decision maker

• Strong business judgment, acumen, and strategic planning skills with an ability to think broadly, boldly, and long term

• Highly goal driven and thrives in a fast-paced, matrix environment

• Strong influencer who is a credible collaborator and trusted thought partner

• Strong project management, problem solving, analytical and organizational experience

• Demonstrated strength in building relationships and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment across multiple geographic locations.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, extensive experience in communicating in international environments across senior leadership levels
