We are looking for a Head of Segment Marketing, East Asia to make an impact!
About the Role
Lead the segment marketing strategy for East Asia across multiple markets, driving engagement, growth, and long term partnership through tailored marketing programs.
Act as the strategic partner to drive differentiated value creation for the focused end markets in East Asia
What will you do?
Strategic Leadership
* Driving the full segment marketing roadmap and translating business goals into actionable plans.
* Championing the voice of the customer to shape propositions.
* Leveraging global frameworks while co-creating localized, high-quality content with local thought leaders, associations, and industry partners.
* Collaborating with Strategy and Business teams to deliver differentiated, customer-centric content tailored to regional needs.
* Enable and empower local marketing team for high quality segment campaigns across digital, social, and physical channels.
Segment Marketing Execution
* Develop and implement segment-specific campaigns across digital, social, and physical channels.
* Develop and adapt marketing collateral for new segment applications.
* Optimize customer lifecycle programs (retention, upsell, cross-sell).
Team Leadership
* Lead and mentor a team of segment marketing specialists.
* Foster a culture of specialization, innovation, agility, and business synergy
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience:
* 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in segment or B2B marketing leadership.
* Regional exposure in East Asia preferred.
Soft Skills:
* Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong practical understanding of business strategy and international mindset with the ability to work effectively across cultures and matrixed environments.
