What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented [Comms Activation lead] to join our Brand Growth team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the integration of brand comms and creative activation across multiple touchpoints with special focus on retail/trade.

You will be responsible for ensuring the brand equity is clear and consistent across various activations, but is uniquely fit for that touchpoint objective.

Creative ecosystem will span across physical and mental availability such as display creative, media assets and instore activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Optimization:


* Lead the development of trade marketing content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and being the primary liaison with our global brand development teams, customer activation teams and agency partners to ensure flawless design delivery and implementation


* Oversee the localization of global shopper toolkits, expanding national assets to include Omni merchandising requirements, inclusive of instore merchandising and digital assets needed across breath of customer landscape


* You will develop the process and tools to stand up integrated activation calendars and creative development briefs with the goal to deliver clear, consistent and distinctive comms and creative across the omni path to purchase


* You will measure the impact of the creative across the market and ensure the local and BDT teams are aware of what creative is driving the best results


* You will partner closely with the customer teams and agency partners to ensure creative development process delivers against defined objectives, on time and effectively.

Creative needs may range from designing for custom displays to leading brand inclusion within customer specific tentpoles/activations
