Salary: from $124,800

Qualifications:


* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)


* Strong leadership skills with a passion for guiding and mentoring others


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


* Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams


* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Responsibilities:


* Assist in the management and oversight of the rehabilitation department


* Coordinate therapy services and schedules to ensure optimal patient outcomes


* Provide clinical guidance and support to therapy staff


* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans


* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
