KeyLogic, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to support enterprise-wide reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Crystal Reports.
This role involves report and dashboard development, ETL monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting, working closely with end users to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Crystal Reports, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

* Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and custom visualization techniques.
* Expertise in SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports, with experience in report optimization and troubleshooting.
* Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and data transformation techniques.
* Experience in ETL process monitoring and debugging to ensure efficient data pipeline performance.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools to support iterative development.

The Procurement Category Manager assists in managing and optimizing our procurement-related spend across installation, maintenance, and NCO fit out services, driving cost efficiency and value generation in a sector that is critical to our business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing procurement spend, assessing trends, cost-saving opportunities in the relevant procurement category.

* Data Analysis: Pricing analysis - price benchmarking exercises, comparison of quotes for projects, TCO analysis, RFQ commercial analysis
* Data Analysis: Owner of the price book - monitoring: regularly update the price book with current and negotiated pricing agreements.
This ensures that the we have the latest cost information to make informed purchasing decisions.
* Data Analysis: The price book needs to be accurate and reflect negotiated contracts, discounts, volume pricing, and any special terms with suppliers.

The Nemours Emergency Department is home to a 6-bed behavioral health unit that opened in 2023 and shares oversight and staffing with psychiatry to better serve our patients requiring psychiatric care.
The Division also includes a growing research emphasis.
Members of our division are active in research and quality improvement.
We are a member of the GLACiER node of PECARN, and are actively involved in multi-center studies, both within and outside PECARN.
The research infrastructure available to the division includes grants and proposal development as well as a research team that assists with study activities.
