We are searching for the best talent for the CAR-T Warehouse Logistics Specialist role.

Purpose: Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice.

Helps analyze and maintain records for critical technical subject matter expertise overseeing and monitoring all key performance measures, goals, and objectives related to customer-specific warehouse and distribution needs and requirements.

Interprets comprehensive summarization reports for technical recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancement of best practices.

This position will be responsible for managing the commercial samples shipping process (domestic and international) to the cGMP Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing Plant.

The candidate must have supply chain experience.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing all international shipping activities including preparing managing shipping documents and managing couriers for international shipping in physical flow and system flow.

Additionally, the Logistics specialist will communicate with receiving site and requestor as a sending site point of contact to inform any issues with the shipment as well as elevate issues

You will be responsible for:


* Manage all commercial international sample shipping process.


* Manage all commercial invoices and generate SLI (Shipper's letter of instruction).


* Manage sample pick up time/date and communication with Courier...
