Learning Collaborative Point of Contact

Job Purpose: The Learning Collaborative Point of Contact serves as the primary organizational representative for collaborative learning activities connected to the HRSA-funded RCORP-Impact initiative.

The position supports consistent participation in learning collaborative meetings, communicates program activities and challenges, builds relationships with other award recipients, contributes to shared problem-solving, and brings key information and lessons learned back to the organization and RCORP-Impact network.

The role helps ensure that collaborative learning is translated into practical program improvement and coordinated action.

Main Responsibilities: Participate consistently in required learning collaborative meetings and related learning sessions.

Prepare to share relevant information about program and network activities, implementation progress, successes, and challenges with other grant recipients and collaborative partners.

Network and build productive working relationships with other award recipients and participating organizations.

Participate actively in problem-solving discussions and peer learning activities designed to strengthen implementation and address shared challenges.

Communicate key information, resources, promising practices, and lessons learned from collaborative meetings to program leadership, staff, and the broader RCORP-Impact network.

Work with program leadership to identify collaborative learning that may inform program planning, implementation, partner engagement, and continuous improvement.

Maintain organized notes, action items, and follow-up items from learning collaborative meetings and support timely completion or communication of next steps.

Coordinate internally with relevant program staff so the organization is prepared for collaborative meetings and can provide accurate updates on activities and challenges.

Support a respectful, solutions-focused learning environment that values community knowledge, lived experience, and cross-organizational collaboration.

Participate in other HRSA-funded technical assistance, learning, or evaluation activities when requested and relevant to the role.

Perform other related duties necessary to support successful implementation of the RCORP-Impact initiative.

Scope and Travel: This is a part-time position supporting collaborative learning and communication for the HRSA-funded RCORP-Impact initiative.

The position does not have direct reports unless assigned by organizational leadership.

Periodic travel may be required for collaborative meetings, trainings, conferences, network activities, or other grant-related events.

Qualifications: Associate or bachelors degree in public health, social sciences, human services, education, community development, behavioral health, or a related field preferred.

Relevant community-based, professional, or lived experience may be considered in place of formal education where appropriate.
