The IM UAM (Innovative Medicine User Access Management) PMO Analyst supports the effective operation of the organization by coordinating internal team activities and delivering management reporting and executive insights.

The role serves as a key enabler of team effectiveness, ensuring structured planning, resource visibility, operational governance, and data-driven decision-making through high-quality reporting and analytics.

The PMO Analyst works closely with leadership, team members, and stakeholders to support strategic planning, workforce management, onboarding activities, and executive communications while maintaining reporting standards, dashboards, and performance metrics.
