Auto - Business Operations Vice President

As a Vice President, Operations Manager in the Electric Vehicle Portfolio team within Chase Auto, you own and continuously improve the operating model, performance management, reporting, and governance routines that enable efficient, scalable execution across EV partner brands.

You will manage daily portfolio operations, serve as the operational hub for intake and decision governance, and ensure processes remain evidence-ready and aligned with risk and compliance expectations as products and partner needs evolve.

You will partner closely with EV Brand and Credit teams and collaborate across strategic business management, data and analytics, product, booking and funding, servicing, legal, controls, risk, and compliance.

Job responsibilities


* Own and continuously improve end-to-end operating routines across EV partner brands while supporting brand-specific requirements


* Maintain operating procedures, controls alignment, and service level expectations across credit, booking and funding, and servicing


* Identify and deliver EV-centric process improvements that reduce friction, improve customer outcomes, and enhance scalability


* Lead intake, prioritization, escalation, and decision governance across functional partners while serving as the operational hub


* Partner with controls teams to keep processes evidence-ready and audit-ready and drive remediation through closure


* Monitor operational risks, control gaps, and servicing defects and escalate to ensure timely resolution and sustainable fixes


* Track industry trends, competitive developments, and customer feedback and translate insights into operational and strategic improvements


* Develop and deliver senior-level materials for executive committee meetings, business unit reviews, and strategic updates


* Manage communication and deployment plans with internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness and successful execution of initiatives


* Lead cross-functional initiatives by managing timelines, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 7 years of experience in automotive finance, captive finance, financial services, consumer lending, product strategy, or strategic partnerships
