Position Summary We are seeking a Program Administration and Grants Business Analyst to support the planning, administration, and oversight of grant-funded programs for a large public-sector client.

This role coordinates grant activities across the full lifecycle, analyzes program performance, manages reporting requirements, and helps ensure compliance with applicable policies and funding guidelines.

The Program Administration and Grants Business Analyst collaborates with client leadership, program administrators, grant recipients, community organizations, and finance, procurement, and legal stakeholders to resolve issues, track deliverables, and strengthen grant-management processes.

The role also represents the client's program at conferences, community events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, and must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse audiences in both formal and community-based settings.
