Job Description:

Accountabilities



* Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS, TPM, and 5S.


* Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis.


* Complete repairs as they arise  


* Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break, office visit, etc.


* Collaborate with Team Lead to conduct team member cross training and job rotation


* Conduct periodic supply checks.

Retrieve parts for the department as needed. 


* Assist Team Lead with answering and problem solving  as needed.


* Oversee and Assist with end of shift clean-up process.


* Other duties as assigned

Background and Experience



* Demonstrated experience leading or being a part of a team required


* Basic math skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division) required


* Experience with basic computer applications required (email, Word, etc.)


* Demonstrated experience speaking in front of small groups preferred


* Able to multi-task and is self-motivated

Compensation Range:
$23.75-29.14



*Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors
