Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to leaders and team members.

This role coordinates calendars, meetings, travel, communications, events, documentation, expenses, and office operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include:


* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and coordinate meeting materials and follow-up.


* Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.


* Manage phone calls, emails, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.


* Coordinate domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and expenses.


* Plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and team activities.


* Process invoices, expense reports, purchase requests, and reimbursements; assist with budget tracking.


* Maintain electronic and physical records, files, databases, and administrative documentation.


* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.


* Monitor office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.


* Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.


* Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.


* Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while providing proactive, high-quality support.

Qualifications and Competencies


* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.


* 5+ years of administrative or related experience preferred.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.


* Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
