What You'll Do as a Crew Member: As a Crew Member, you'll promote and sell memberships and retail packages to grow the business Provide a standout customer service experience as a Crew Member, helping guests understand pricing and services Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to succeed as a sales-focused Crew Member Support daily operations, including vehicle loading and equipment setup, as part of your Crew Member responsibilities Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from start to finish Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
