Receptionist - The Palmettos of Charleston

The Palmettos of Charleston is seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to join our team.

This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing courteous assistance and performing key administrative tasks.

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Ability to type at least 45 WPM accurately


* Professional, pleasant communication skills


* Strong command of standard English

Responsibilities


* Greet and assist visitors professionally


* Answer and route phone calls; take and deliver messages


* Prepare basic correspondence and admission packets


* Process payments, meal tickets, and petty cash


* Handle filing, mail, and general office tasks


* Assist with employee forms and documentation


* Follow all company and center policies


* Perform other duties as assigned
