Production Line Worker
The Production Line Worker is responsible for building and assembling products or components according to company specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
This position requires attention to detail, basic mechanical ability, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assemble products accurately following established procedures and work instructionsUse hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and properlySolderingInspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracyLabel and package finished products as requiredMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport material shortages, defects, or equipment issues to supervisorMeet production rates, goals and quality standardsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresPerform light janitorial services (ie.
Sweeping, taking out trash)Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsMust be able to read, write, hear, count and communicate effectively.Basic mechanical aptitudeAttention to detail and qualityAbility to work with hand tools and small componentsGood hand-eye coordinationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, and graspingAbility to perform repetitive tasksGood vision and manual dexterity Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be authorized to work in the US, without sponsorship now or in the future.
