Behavioral Individual Care Nurse

Behavioral Individual Care Nurse:

Caring and Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide nursing care for a female child with our School Pediatric Individual Nursing Care team.

 

Nursing duties include Monitoring Behaviors including redirect behaviors, Monitoring for Seizures, and Administering medication.

Hours are 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM; Monday - Friday on school days located in Charlotte, NC  28203

Hourly Pay: LPN-$32.50 / RN-$38.25

Job Requirements:


* LPN Experience: One year of LPN experience within the last 3 years


* RN Experience: One year or RN experience within the last 3 years or previous LPN experience of 1 year within the last 3 years


* Must have G-Tube experience (mickey button)


* Must have Trach experience


* Must complete online Trach assessment


* Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
